Refund & Return Policy Thank you for shopping at E-Bike Arena. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help. 1. Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. 2. Return address To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send the goods to our official return address. 3. Fees and costs - Restocking fee: we do not charge restocking fees (free / €0.00). - Return shipping costs: the direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. 4. Refunds After receipt and inspection of your return, we will arrange a refund to your original payment method. Processing usually takes 5 to 10 business days.
