Shipping Methods & Delivery Information
At E-Bike Arena (Maximilianstraße 54, 80538 Munich, Germany), simple, reliable and transparent shipping is our priority. We deliver your e-bikes, power wheelchairs and accessories across Europe – completely free of charge!
1. Shipping costs
We offer free standard shipping on every order – no minimum order value and no hidden fees. All shipping costs are shown as €0.00 in the shopping cart.
Free shipping applies to standard delivery (parcel or freight). Optional additional services (e.g. express shipping, if available) or possible island/special surcharges will be communicated in advance and are not included in the free shipping.
2. Delivery areas
We ship free of charge to the following regions:
- EU countries: Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Czech Republic, Sweden, Denmark and all other EU member states.
- Non-EU: United Kingdom and Switzerland (free shipping; local customs duties, import fees and taxes are borne by the recipient – please inquire before ordering).
For remote areas (e.g. certain islands), minimal surcharges may apply in rare cases – we will clarify this individually with you.
3. Delivery time
The estimated delivery time consists of processing and transit time:
- Order cut-off: 14:00 CET (Berlin time)
- Processing time: 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday). Weekend or holiday orders start on the next business day.
- Transit time: 1–7 business days (depending on country and product – longer for freight shipments of large/heavy items such as e-bikes or power wheelchairs).
- Estimated total delivery time: 2–12 business days
For freight deliveries we will arrange a convenient delivery appointment with you (usually 1–2 days lead time).
4. Shipping carriers
We work with proven partners such as DHL, DPD and well-known freight carriers (e.g. Dachser, Rhenus or comparable) to transport your order safely. After dispatch you will receive an automatic e-mail (from support@ebikesarena.eu) with your tracking number.
5. Tracking
Track your package easily using the tracking number on the website of the respective carrier. The first updates usually appear within 24–48 hours after the shipping confirmation.
